1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the «Terms») govern your access to and use of the Edgey platform, including our website, software products, and Discord community (collectively, the «Service»). By accessing the Service, creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using any of our Products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- «Edgey», «we», «us», and «our» refer to Edgey SAS, a Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada with its registered office in Spain.
- «You», «User», and «Customer» refer to the individual accessing or using the Service.
- «Product» refers to any software license, service, or digital good offered by Edgey, including but not limited to the Permanent HWID Spoofer, the fTPM Unban, and the Edgey Tweaker.
- «Discord» refers to our official Discord server at https://discord.gg/edgey, which serves as our primary support and communication channel.
- «License Key» refers to the unique alphanumeric code issued to you after purchase, which entitles you to use a Product under the terms set out here.
3. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a Product, Edgey grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that Product on a single machine for your personal use, in accordance with these Terms. The License Key remains the property of Edgey at all times — you do not own the Product itself, you license its use for the term covered by your plan.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- (a) share, sublicense, resell, redistribute, or publish your License Key to any third party;
- (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, dump, modify, or otherwise tamper with the Product or its protection mechanisms;
- (c) attempt to bypass, circumvent, or compromise our license verification system;
- (d) use the Product to harm, harass, defraud, or impersonate other users;
- (e) use the Product in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Any breach of this section may result in the immediate termination of your access without notice, refund, or further obligation on our part.
5. License Key Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the secrecy and security of your License Key. Edgey is not liable for any lost, leaked, stolen, or compromised key. Each License Key is bound to a single machine; transferring it to another machine without our prior written approval is not permitted. Sharing your key, whether publicly or privately, constitutes a violation of these Terms and immediately voids any remaining warranty or refund eligibility.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are eligible only if all of the following conditions are met:
- (a) the request is submitted via Discord ticket within three (3) days of the original spoof / Product activation;
- (b) the Product is genuinely malfunctioning;
- (c) our support staff has actively attempted to resolve the issue and the malfunction cannot be fixed;
- (d) you have cooperated fully and respectfully with our staff throughout the troubleshooting process (see Section 8).
After the 3-day window, no refund will be granted under any circumstances, as delay-bans — which we cannot distinguish from product failure — typically occur within that period.
Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method. Refunds are not granted for any of the following:
- change of mind once support has actively engaged with your case;
- third-party purchases (resellers, exchanges, gift cards);
- license issues caused by user fault (lost, leaked, banned, or expired keys);
- account or hardware bans issued by a game publisher or anti-cheat system following the use of cheats or other detected unfair-advantage software in conjunction with the Product;
- any violation of Sections 4, 5, or 8 of these Terms.
7. Warranty
Edgey provides a limited three (3) day warranty on all Products, starting from the date of activation. The warranty covers genuine Product malfunctions only. It is voided if any prohibited use under Section 4 occurs, if Section 5 (License Key Responsibility) is breached, or if the customer fails to cooperate with our support process under Section 8.
After the 3-day warranty period, Edgey has no obligation to provide a refund, replacement, or credit. We may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, offer a goodwill solution where the circumstances and evidence warrant it.
8. Cooperation Requirement
To remain eligible for refund or warranty service, you must:
- (a) open a support ticket on our Discord server promptly when the issue occurs;
- (b) respond to our staff in a timely manner;
- (c) provide any information or follow any troubleshooting step we reasonably request;
- (d) maintain respectful, non-disruptive communication with our team at all times.
Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or wilfully obstructive behaviour toward our staff may, at our sole discretion, result in the immediate forfeiture of refund and warranty rights, as well as a ban from our Discord and any future purchases.
9. Mandatory Setup Conditions
By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge and accept that:
- A USB stick (8 GB or more) is mandatory for the Windows reset step on every plan;
- The Permanent + TPM plan (Vanguard coverage) additionally requires a one-time guided BIOS flash performed from a bootable USB;
- A full Windows reset is mandatory for every spoof — there is no software-only «cleaner» on the market that can substitute for it, and attempts to bypass the reset will result in the spoof failing and a permanent ban being re-applied to your hardware;
- Failure to follow the required setup steps documented in your dashboard voids the warranty and refund eligibility outlined in Sections 6 and 7.
10. High-Risk Customers
Edgey reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service to, cancel orders from, or permanently terminate the access of any customer identified by our internal risk-management process as «high risk». Such customers may be banned from the Discord server and from any future purchases, without refund, notice, or right of appeal. Risk assessment is based on confidential internal criteria and is final.
11. Excluded Users
Access to the Service is strictly prohibited for the following parties: current or former employees, contractors, agents, consultants, immediate family members, or legal representatives of, or any individual otherwise affiliated with — Riot Games, Inc., Valve Corporation, Activision Publishing, Inc., Epic Games, Inc., Electronic Arts Inc., Ubisoft Entertainment SA, Bohemia Interactive a.s., BattlEye Innovations, Easy Anti-Cheat Ltd., Tencent Holdings Ltd., or any other anti-cheat vendor or game-publisher entity, including any law firm or legal representative acting on their behalf (collectively, «Excluded Users»).
By using the Service, you affirm that you are not an Excluded User. Edgey reserves the right to terminate, without notice or refund, any account identified as belonging to an Excluded User and to refuse service in connection with any related investigation.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all Products are provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Edgey does not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware or software configuration. Edgey makes no guarantee that the Product will remain undetected by anti-cheat or game-publisher systems indefinitely — the cat-and-mouse nature of this market is acknowledged and accepted by you on purchase.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edgey, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, game accounts, in-game items, virtual currency, or any other intangible loss, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any Product.
Our aggregate liability to you under any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you actually paid Edgey for the specific Product giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edgey, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service or any Product, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right, or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
15. User-Generated Content
Any message, screenshot, video, review, or other material that you submit to our Discord server or any public channel of the Service remains your sole responsibility. Edgey does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any user-generated content and disclaims all liability arising from it. Posts and statements reflect the views of their authors only.
16. Modifications to the Terms
Edgey reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The «Last updated» date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the official Edgey Discord server. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version, you must stop using the Service.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the Service, or any Product shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city in which Edgey SAS has its registered office, and you hereby waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely approximates the original intent.
