2. Not Affiliated With Game Publishers
Edgey is an independent software vendor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc., Valve Corporation, Activision Publishing, Inc., Epic Games, Inc., Electronic Arts Inc., Ubisoft Entertainment SA, Bohemia Interactive a.s., BattlEye Innovations, Easy Anti-Cheat Ltd., Tencent Holdings Ltd., or any other game publisher, anti-cheat vendor, or hardware manufacturer.
Any references to such companies, their games, or their anti-cheat systems are made solely for the purpose of accurately identifying the environments our software operates in. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Third-Party Terms Are Your Responsibility
The use of our products may conflict with the End User License Agreement (EULA), Terms of Service, or community guidelines of certain games or platforms. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of any third-party service you use alongside our software. Edgey assumes no responsibility for any breach of third-party terms committed by users of our Service.
4. As-Is, No Warranty
The Service and all products are provided «as is» and «as available», without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with every hardware and software configuration.
5. No Warranty of Indefinite Undetectability
By the nature of this market, anti-cheat systems are updated continuously and detection methods evolve. While Edgey actively maintains its products and pushes patches in response to anti-cheat updates, no provider can guarantee that any spoofing or unban product will remain undetected indefinitely. You purchase the Service with this understanding and accept the inherent residual risk.
6. No Liability for Account Loss
Edgey shall not be liable for the loss, suspension, or permanent ban of any game account, in-game currency, in-game items, cosmetics, rank, statistics, or any other intangible asset associated with your use of third-party games. Decisions about account status are made solely by the relevant game publisher.
7. No Liability for Hardware or Data Loss
While our products are tested on a wide range of consumer hardware before release, you acknowledge that any low-level software operation carries residual risk. Edgey shall not be liable for hardware malfunction, BIOS issues, OS instability, or data loss arising from your use of our products, except to the extent expressly required by applicable Spanish law. Always back up your data before performing a Windows reset or BIOS flash, as required by the setup process.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including but not limited to ElitePvpers, Discord, YouTube, and our payment processors. Edgey is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any external site. Visiting an external link is at your own risk.
9. Public Reviews and Vouches
Reviews, testimonials, vouches, and screenshots displayed on the Edgey website, Discord server, or ElitePvpers thread are submitted by users. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure they reflect genuine customer experiences, Edgey does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or representativeness of any individual review.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the limitation of liability set out in Section 13 of our Terms of Service applies equally to this Disclaimer. In no event shall Edgey, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city in which Edgey SAS has its registered office.
